My wife and I have just moved down to Charlottesville. I enjoy camping but am not incredibly experienced. My wife is from Alaska and also enjoys camping. She doesn't like "drive up" camping. I am curious (If anyone still reads this forum) if there are any nice beginner hikes/ to easy backcountry camps in Shenandoah National Park. We aren't looking for major hikes, but at the same time, we don't want to camp with RV's, Showers, etc... Any help would be appreciated.
